A 48-year-old female was admitted to our hospital because of prolonged fever of unknown origin for three months, anemia, renal dysfunction, and hypercalcemia. A 31-years-old female was admitted to our hospital because of prolonged fever of unknown origin for 2 months. As she was originally diagnosed to have upper respiratory infection, antibiotics and antipyretic analgesics were prescribed.
